Workshop: Handmade Christmas Trees (Nov 29)

Create a gorgeous handmade Christmas tree to celebrate the advent of the holiday season!

This workshop is open to all experience levels. Students must be age 12+. Kids ages 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult who is also enrolled in the workshop. 

In this session, you will be taught how to prepare clay slabs, slip and score for strong joins, build a Christmas tree, and polish your piece. Before leaving, you will be able to choose a glaze colour for your tree. Your tree will be glazed and kiln-fired for you after your session. You can pick up your finished work ~3 weeks after the class (in time for the holiday season!). 

Class is held on Saturday, Nov 29, from 10am-12:30pm at 853 Hiawatha Pl S in Seattle.
