Black-and-white floral planter created using raku firing. These pots are finished with fire, resulting in dramatic crackle and smoke-blackened interiors.
This planter has been sealed and tested for water-tightness. It can hold a plant in a plastic pot or have a plant planted directly inside (note that it has no drainage holes).
Due to the intense nature of raku, pieces will have variation in the colouring of the glaze, including some sooted areas. These are part of the rugged charm of this style.
