25lb bag of NZ Porcelain.

Formulated with a New Zealand Kaolin, NZ Porcelain is very white and vitreous. It’s possible to achieve transparency with thin pieces or areas.

NZ is a very nice porcelain to throw with, but as with all porcelains, it requires extra compression to avoid S-cracks and it has memory so take care not to deform during the making process. 

Absorption: 0.25%

Shrinkage: 15.5%
