25lb bag of Idaho Buff with speckle.

The grayish brown buff colour of this clay is pleasing, both glazed and unglazed. The manganese speckles bleed through glaze, leaving a subtle speckled effect. 

Given its high absorption rate (> 0.5%), all surfaces that come in contact with food should be glazed.

Shrinkage: 10.5%
