Kids ages 8-16 must be accompanied by an adult.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eDuring this session, y\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eou’ll learn how to create beautiful designs on pottery\u003cem\u003e.\u003c\/em\u003e The class will start with a demo for painting successfully with underglazes, including how to layer color, mix colors, ensure vibrancy, outline designs, and more. You'll then be able to freely decorate your piece with whatever design you choose.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYour canvas — a piece of pottery — is handmade and wheel thrown by your instructor, Jess Young. You can choose between a spoon rest, a donut plate, or a tumbler.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAt the end of the workshop, your piece will stay at the studio to be \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eclear glazed and kiln fired\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e.
